Email / Web Transfer / Ftp

You have multiple Choices of how to send your file(s) to us. You can do it via email, web transfer, or ftp. Either way, we prefer that you compress the files, and send them in a pdf/zip/sit/sitx format. This ensures that we get everything in one big package. They are also the only formats supported by our web transfer. Please be sure to include all images and fonts that are being used in your document before you compress them.

• Email: For files no larger then 10MB in size.
  
• Web Transfer: For files no larger then 12MB in total size. This is the easiest way transfer. Just fill in some info, click 'add' the file you want to upload, and then hit upload. You have a progress bar, estimated time left, and we get notification when the files have been received. We don't require you to call us and give us notification. This also requires you to have Java installed on your machine. Its free. It's TOTALLY dependant on your internet connection. What this means is, if you are not on a broadband connection(fast conenction), Please use other means of trasnportation that we have provided.
• FTP: This method has no size limit. You have your own personal upload folder. There is not a notification system in place; so we recommend a call or email from you to notify us when the file is finished being uploaded.
